Extra Pot Payments

£10.00

£10 per pot for every extra pot

Fifty Percent of all profits taken from extra pot payments will be going to charity or a good cause. From September to End of December 2023 we are donating to a Forest School in Cornwall. Much of our materials come from quarries in Cornwall and this is a lovely way to give back and try to offset some of this extraction from the land.

Buying extra pots includes the material cost of the clay, us firing and glazing your work.

What happens in the kiln is never guaranteed, but we do all we can for successful firings. In t he event that your pot does not survive the firing process, for example an air bubble may cause an explosion if you have incorporated one in the make, we regret we cannot refund any costs, as the time, material and firing costs will have been covered by Crown Works no matter the outcome. To the kiln gods we pray!

We do also encourage you to only keep pots you are truly proud of and will use. Pots once fired cannot be recycled and their is an environmental footprint that goes with every kiln firing and also of clay extraction from the land. Your pots once fired may last 1000s of years - so do choose your best and recycle the rest!
