Alexander Wingfield
Alex is a potter who is currently based between Leeds and London. Alongside work as an actor, voiceover artist and musician, he's been developing his ceramic style and technique for the best part of a decade. Alex is drawn to creating functional vessels, objects that can be used and cherished in daily life. He continues to explore and play with texture, form and aesthetic in his making, and also to experiment with different types of firing methods. After a few years where performing has been a priority, Alex is following his heart and leaning into where his passion lies: pottery. Alex teachers Taster Courses at Crown Works, bringing his enthusiastic and charismatic charm to each and every class.
