    Continue throwing practice with a focus on refining form, improving symmetry, and developing consistency in basic shapes.

    Build on previous days with trimming techniques and feedback on your early pieces. Emphasis on developing rhythm and control.

  • Thursday, July 3Plate Making (Instructor: Lucia Ocejo)
    Learn to throw and shape flatware, tackling common challenges like warping and rim strength. Explore both wheel-thrown and slab-built methods.

  • Friday, July 4Plates & Slip Trailing Decoration (Instructor: Lucia Ocejo)
    Finalise plate forms and experiment with surface decoration using slip trailing—a technique that adds texture and design.

Week 2: Functional Forms – Jugs & Bottles
Focus: Intermediate forms and precision throwing.
